The best contact for getting immediate help as regards local group issues is to contact your local group volunteer moderator.
To do this you need to go to your local group board - http://groups.yahoo.com/group/XXXXXXX/ (replace XXX with the group URL) and then scroll down to the bottom of that main local group page.
